Jillibean Soup | Elfvis...

Hello Friends.  It's starting to look a little like Christmas around here.  Christmas patterned papers and embellishments are starting to hit my scrapping desk and I have this overwhelming urge to use it! *grin*

The new Christmas Cheer Chowder from Jillibean Soup is a clear favourite in our house at the moment.  And I have created with it to celebrate the arrival of our little "elf" friend who came to visit us, for the first time, last year.

"Elfvis"

products used: cs - Kaisercraft; pp - Jillibean Soup; alphas - Jillibean Soup; other - Jillibean Soup: flashcards, epoxy buttons, cardstock stickers, die cuts (pea pod parts & placemats), twine; sequins, mist; tools - black pen.

Elfvis Presently came by his name thanks to Liam.  Truly, I think he just wanted to say "Elfvis Presently is in da house!".  All the kids agreed and I must admit that both Mark and I had a bit of a laugh about the choice of name.  Needless to say, it suits him and our household humour.  *grin*

sidenote: Cameron wanted to include "Honey" in the name soooo... officially our Elf goes by the name: Elfvis "Honey" Presently.

I hope you will pop on over to the Jillibean Soup blog and see what the other amazing DT members have created for Layouts on Thursday.  Thanks for visiting..x

Cheeky elf...

These little elves are an apology gift from the store that destroyed our original Santa photos last year!   Cam loves them.  He is always walking around with both of them tucked up under his arms.  I even found one of them sitting in a "Barbie" horse carriage this morning!  LOL!  I don't think I will pack them up in boxes this year after Christmas.  He is having too much fun with them...x
