Hello lovely Friends. I just wanted to pop in here today and thank everyone for all the wonderful comments that have been left on my blog of late. And to my new followers. Welcome! I hope you like what you see here and just know that I am truly appreciative of the time you have taken to come and visit.
Today is also the day to share with you the next Sketch Challenge over at Life.Paper.Scrapbook.
I don't usually play nice with circles! So this sketch had me thinking. *grin* And then I remembered all of those awesome pie charts that have been floating around in creative ways. I will admit that I jumped up in the middle of the night with this idea. Straight out of bed... LOL!! Have you ever done that? I think I must have been dreaming sketches! LOL!
I stayed pretty true to the sketch in the end. Here is what I created..
"Jump & Fly"
products used: cs - Kaisercraft; Kraft; pp - American Crafts (Dear Lizzy), Kaisercraft, Jillibean Soup; alpha - American Crafts: glitter thickers, chipboard thickers; other - Mister Huey's mist; tools - machine stitching, foam tape, black pen, circle punches, silhouette portrait.
This poor trampoline doesn't get the workout it use to anymore. Now all my boys are interested in, is playing on the x-box or their iPods! Don't get me wrong. They still run about outside and play, but they play soccer or cricket instead of jumping on the trampoline (which has seen better days!).
I hope you head on over to LPS to check out the details and the awesome prize up for grabs this month. Don't forget to link up your layout on the LPS blog so we can all see some amazing interpretations. Thanks for visiting..x
