Life.Paper.Scrapbook | November Colour Challenge...

Hello Everyone.  I've had a huge week helping and sharing with the Heidi Swapp Make Pretty Stuff Down Under tour | Brisbane.  It was wonderful getting to know Heidi but one of the best parts was working together with all of the Greatest View girls! We had such a great time and so many belly laughs!!!

Today however, I am moving on from the euphoria of the long weekend to share something equally fun!  Life.Paper.Scrapbook's latest colour challenge has been released.  *grin*

And here is my example...

"Tonka Love"

products used: cs - Kaisercraft; pp - Pink Paislee, Bella Blvd; Alpha - Bella Blvd, Echo Park; other - Heidi Swapp: ephemera, colorshine; Echo Park: cardstock stickers, decorative brads; Studio Calico wood veneer hearts & arrows; rhinestones, Greatest View badge/flair, washi, PLS: train ticket; tools - typewriter, machine stitching.

My layout is still 8.5"x11" but I have attached journaling typed onto white cardstock, as a flap that folds flat against the back of the page.  Washi tape can work wonders!

............................................................

This month's sponsor for the challenge is once again Big Picture Classes!!

Capture the Magic of the Holidays.

This year, experience Picture the Holidays with Tracey Clark. This 31-day experience is the perfect remedy for the holiday hustle. Seasonal photo prompts delivered to your inbox each morning will inspire your inner photographer and encourage you to take a few moments to yourself each day to get creatively centred - one photo at a time.

Each prompt encourages you to upload your photo from the day. Those photos will be automatically placed in your Picture the Holidays book via the Prompt Me tool. By the end of December, you will have a beautiful 64-page book that documents your holiday experience featuring your own photographs.

If you would like a chance to win this awesome prize and play along with us please don't forget to link back to LPS in your blog post.  Check out the details here.

Thanks for visiting..x

Glad you had a good time with Heidi. I love your page, especially the story. It reminds me so much of my Father in law. His name was Jim as well. He would tease my kids and concoct all kinds of funny stories just to see the reaction out of the kids. He would spoil them. He bought my sweet boy his first Tonka truck. He is gone now.. cancer got him. :(

You really are the queen of the "Boy Page" - love what you did with the journalling and you've inspired me to give 8.5" x 11" a crack!
