Recently we have had a new baby girl join our extended family! (Okay... I am just making it clear that I haven't had a fifth child! LOL!) Congratulations goes to my beautiful cousin Evelyn and her family. They welcomed Lacey Evelyn into the world on September 24. And since today is all about making cards, I thought what better way than to share the joy of a new baby, than with a card created especially for her from some delightful Bella goodness... :)
